Enrollment Process

Applications for Enrollment for the 2024-25 school year are currently available and can be found under the Forms section of this website. Preschool Registration will be available to new families beginning January 2024. Prior to registering, you must schedule a tour with Michele Zipperer, Preschool Director at whpreschooldirector15@gmail.com

These forms must completed in person as part of the registration process:

  • Authorization Agreement for Automatic Payments (ACH Debits for monthly tuition)

  • Identity Verification: Child’s Birth Certificate or Passport, original copy, for preschool director to view and record

  • Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form, with instructions State law (Ref. Code of Virginia § 22.1-270) requires that your child is immunized and receives a comprehensive physical examination before entering public kindergarten or elementary school. The parent or guardian completes this page (Part I) of the form. The Medical Provider completes Part II and Part III of the form. This form must be completed no longer than one year before your child’s entry into school.

Once a child is registered, parents will then need to complete the following items:

  • Child Pick-Up Authorization Form

  • Child Information Form

  • Emergency Medical Authorization Form

  • Request for Administration of Medication (only if required)

  • Field Trip Permission Form

  • Permission to Photograph Form
